2. Use License
a. During the beta period, permission is granted to download copies of anything you create for personal or commercial use in pdf, pptx, and docx formats. You are also granted a license to deploy your web flash instruction on our servers using the IORAD course player. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
i. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on IORAD's web site;
ii. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materialsb. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by IORAD at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of the web flash instruction version will be prohibited but you will maintain possession of any pdf, pptx, docx that you have downloaded.
3. Disclaimer
a. The materials on IORAD's web site are provided "as is". IORAD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. 6. Data Portability and ownership of your creations
You are the sole owner of the screenshots you take and the content you create. IORAD only maintains ownership and copyright of the IORAD course player and the IORAD Editor. Copies of your modules are always maintained locally on your computer, so if you discontinue the IORAD service, the screenshots and content (in xml format) you create, always remain with you.
7. Site Terms of Use Modifications
IORAD may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to IORAD's web site shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
