ii. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by IORAD at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of the web flash instruction version will be prohibited but you will maintain possession of any pdf, pptx, docx that you have downloaded.

You are the sole owner of the screenshots you take and the content you create. IORAD only maintains ownership and copyright of the IORAD course player and the IORAD Editor. Copies of your modules are always maintained locally on your computer, so if you discontinue the IORAD service, the screenshots and content (in xml format) you create, always remain with you.
