1. Occasionally a student test has an error and is frozen or has logged a kid out but their test still shows up as green on the teacher page. Open Students in Sessions - Core. To learn how to find the right session use this tutorial. |

2. Find the student and click the down arrow next to Active
|

3. Click Resume Upload
|
|
4. If the box says Resumed you're done. Otherwise, click down arrow
|
|
5. Click Resume
|
|
6. Scroll up and click Refresh. That's it. You're done. |
