1. In order to get to Family Access, you will want to go to cusd187.org, hover your mouse over Parents and then click on Skyward Access.

2. Please enter in your Login ID which is your username along with your password.

3. Click on Sign In.
|

4. Click on Online Forms located on the left hand side.
|
|
5. Click on the Fill Out Form link. You will need to complete this form for each of your children attending the district.
|
|
6. Click on 'Fourth Quarter Instruction Selection'.
|
|
7. There are 4 selections available on this form. The example form indicates that this child will be attending in person and also needs bus transportation. Click on Complete Step 1 Only upon making selections. |

8. Click on the Next Step button.
|
|
9. Click on Submit Quarter Four Instruction in order to submit this form to district personnel.
