1. Use the iorad desktop tool to capture desktop apps such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, or any other non web based app.

  • Other Homegrown Systems
  • Application Installs
    - Typically requires iorad to be run in administrator mode
  • Mobile Phone/Tablet Processes using a Screen mirror app
2. For your first time capturing with our desktop tool, iorad will provide the desktop install file if it detects its not installed already. To access the file, click on the Capture dropdown.

3. Click Desktop

4. If you don't already have it installed, it'll say "Get iorad desktop." However, since it's installed already, let's Click on Capture.

5. You can also grab the download file here if you want to re-install it later.
