1. The first step is to open My Drive - Google Drive and click New

2. With your mouse, hover More submenu
|

3. Click Google Forms
|
|
4. Add a title
|
|
5. Click Untitled Question
|
|
6. Type your question
|
|
7. To choose the question style Click Multiple choice |
|
8. Type options if it's a multiple choice questions
|
|
9. Check that you have all the choices you want
|
|
10. Click plus to add another question
|
|
11. Add your question and choose a type. Forms will auto detect and select a question choice for you, you can always override this.

12. When you're ready to give out the survey, click Send
|
|
13. Option 1: Enter email address and include the Google Form in the email. This is often the easiest way.

14. Type To
|
|
15. This is ready to click Send. Email addresses are entered and the questions will show up in the email. To see Option 2 go to the next step.

16. Click the link icon
|
|
17. Click Copy
|
|
18. You now have a copy of the URL where this Google Form lives. So put that link on your website, Dojo, email or other place for people to be able to get to your form. You're done! |
