Shortcuts and Accessing Myaccess to Clever to Apps

1. Let's start here. First let's create a password shortcut. Click on Settings.

2. Scroll down and click on Passwords & Accounts.

3. To your right, you will see AutoFill Passwords. Toggle the AutoFill Passwords switch to on. It will turn green.

4. Click on the home button.

5. Click on MyAccess

6. Your first login after AutoFill Passwords will require you to login with your username and password. Type username and password.

7. Click Save Password. This will limit the amount of times you will need to type in your username and password.

8. Now you are on Myaccess landing page. Click on Clever.

9. Click on Clever and the click launch.

10. This takes you to Clever's home page. Click on the address bar.

11. Tap on the address bar and then tap on copy

12. To the right of the url address, you will find the share button. Click on the share button.

13. You will see the generated icon and url. Click Add

14. Your newly generated Clever portal icon will appear on the iPads homepage.

15. Click on the iPad's home button. Now that you have created the password and icon shortcuts, let's see how they work. Start your day by clicking on Myaccess.

16. Now you are on Myaccess landing page. Click on Canvas and launch.

17. Find and click on your teacher's homeroom course.

18. On your teacher's homeroom landing page is an icon that is linked to your class MS Teams. Each class may have a different looking icon. Click here.

19. Here you will find the join button. The join button will only appear if your teacher has started the class.

22. You will see your profile initials or picture appear. Here, you and your classmates will learn with your teacher. Now click on the home button to complete activities in SeeSaw, Brainpop, and more. Don't worry, you will not log out of MSTeams

23. Swipe your finger left and right across the screen to find the generated Clever icon. Now click on the Clever button.

25. Type your username and password. Then click Go.

27. Your autofilled username and password will appear on the screen. Click on the saved password.

28. Your autofilled username and password will appear on the screen. Click on the saved password.

29. Your username and password will pre-fill. Click go. (If you get an error message: There was a problem with your authentication session. Please start over and try again don't worry. Click ok)

32. Now you are on Clever's landing page. Your teacher may have created a Teacher Page. Let's explore how to enter and exit all of the applications for learning, starting with Learning A-Z. Click here

33. Here you can choose books in the Reading Room and Level Up. Click Reading Room to explore. Then click on the home button and find Clever desktop icon.
