1. The first step is to open Google Slides at slides.google.com and click Template gallery

2. Scroll down and click Yearbook template

3. Click on the title text

4. Type new title and Press Enter

6. Click on any image and then click Replace image

7. Choose where to get the replacement from eg Photos

8. Click to search your google photos

9. or choose another option like Search the web

10. Type Search for images and Press Enter

57. Click Viewer and change link to comment to share with collaborators.

59. With your mouse, hover and then click Done

68. Once ready to publish, click Share. and change to Anyone on the Internet can view
|
69. Click highlight

70. With your mouse, hover

71. Click Viewer

72. now click Done
|
73. Copy link and share with others
|
74. Click Done

75. That's it. You're done. You can now share the view only link with students or parents. You can also download the slides as a pdf in the file menu and print. |
