1. AREA 1 -
This is the school site and district's Overall Statistics section

2. ENROLLMENT - 

This will show the count of students enrolled as of 11:30 p.m. the night before in the future year.

3. NOT COMPLETE - 

This will show a count of students who still have not had their OLR submitted by their parents

4. COMPLETE - 

This will show a count of students who have had their OLR submitted successfully by their parents.

5. % COMPLETED -

This shows the percentage of students who have had their OLR completed successfully.

The formula is the count of student completed divided by total enrollment.

6. AREA 2: SCHOOL TYPE -
Allows for quick comparison/viewing of all schools that fall into that category. 

If NO SCHOOL TYPES are selected, then the results for the dashboard will show for the entire district.

7. AREA 3 - SCHOOL - 
Users can choose any site to view OLR submission data for, 
OR
Leave at ALL to view the entire districts statistics.

8. AREA 4 - ACCUMULATED COMPLETED AND COMPLETED BY WEEK -

This section will show WEEKLY trends for the schools that are selected.

9. GRAPH BAR -
Will show count of students who have completed OLR for that week.

Users can HOVER over the weekly number to view detailed information.

10. GRAPH LINE -
Will show trends of total students completed each week.

11. AREA 5 - TOP SCHOOLS COMPLETED- 

Depending on the SCHOOL TYPE that is selected, this section will showcase the TOP SCHOOLS from highest completion to lowest.

NOTE: Users can hover over the bar graph to view site details.

12. AREA 6 - TOP SCHOOLS - NOT COMPLETED -

Depending on the SCHOOL TYPE that is selected, this section will showcase the TOP SCHOOLS from lowest completion to highest.

NOTE: Users can hover over the bar graph to view site details.

13. AREA 7 - % COMPLETED BY SCHOOL TYPE - 

Depending on the SCHOOL TYPE that is selected, this section will showcase the completion rates for all sites per TYPE.

NOTE: Users can hover over the bar graph to view detailed information.

14. AREA 8 - COMPLETION THRESHOLDS -

This section will show the count of sites who have hit the OLR submission milestones.

Calculation is based upon enrollment and completion students.

15. AREA 9 - CLEAR FILTERS -

Sites can click on the CN Information Technology icon to RESET/CLEAR all adjustments in the OLR Submission Dashboard back to the original layout.
