2. After signing up for your iorad account, you'll come into this dashboard.
|

3. Click the Capture dropdown
|
|
4. Here you can add the iorad extension for Chrome or Edge to capture browser content or the Desktop tool for any non cloud based applications on your desktop.
|

5. Click Get Extension
|
|
6. Navigate to the tab you want to capture and then Click Start.
|
|
7. After the countdown timer, the mask will be removed and you're ready to go. In this case, let's capture how to label an email in gmail. |
|
8. First, let's Click on an email.
|
|
9. Click Labels
|
|
10. Begin typing the label name
|
|
11. Select a label
|
|
12. Click Apply
|
|
13. Once you're done, Click the blinking Extension to stop capture
|
|
14. Now you can restart, resume, cancel capture or...
|
|
15. Click Done to complete capture and continue to the editor.
|
|
16. This is the iorad editor. Here you can edit step text including adjust formatting, hyperlink out to external resources such as videos, websites, or even other iorad tutorials. |

17. You can add audio with text to speech or record your own.
|
|
18. Click Mask Content to hide sensitive information.
|
|
19. On the left, you'll see our 4 masking options. Blur is typically selected by default. |
|
20. With your mouse, click and drag highlight box, then drop it on the other highlight box.

21. This will apply a permanent mask, Click Yes to confirm. Note: There is no "undo" for applying a mask. |

22. If you would like to apply the masked area to the other steps, Click Mask All.
|

23. Once you're done masking, Click Close
|
|
24. You can Add steps, duplicate steps, or delete steps. Duplicating steps is great if you need to talk more about a particular step, just duplicate it & change the "Action" to "Info." |

25. Click Advanced to see the other editor options.
|
|
26. Here you can Reset the Highlight Marker, Reorder steps, Import steps from another tutorial, and edit in full screen.
|
|
27. Click Main to return main menu.
|
|
28. After you've made your edits, Click Preview & Finish
|
|
29. Click into the tutorial title field.
|
|
30. Type in the tutorial title and press enter.
|
|
31. Click on Public to adjust privacy.
|
|
32. Set to Embed Only if embedding in an application OR set to Unlisted to share with others using the tutorial links. Click Unlisted |

33. Click Share to access the shareable links & embed code.
|
|
34. Here you can select the mode you'd like to share the tutorial in, and then copy the link or embed code.Â

35. Click Close
|
|
36. You can also publish to one of our integrations. Click Publish to to check it out.

39. Under Layout ...

40. ... you can adjust Cover options, Default Player Mode, and Image Zoom.

42. In Advanced Modes you can enable Quiz mode, and other options.

43. Click Theme to take a peek at some theme customizations.
|
|
44. Here you can setup your theme including; logo, background image, font styles, and highlight marker color.

45. After setting up your theme, click x to close.
|
|
46. The player is set to Try it by default which means that the learner interacts with the tutorial, like a simulation.

47. Click Try It to see our other modes.
|
|
48. We have other modes as well, such as Scroll it, Slide it, Watch it, Quiz it, and Do it.Â
