1. After receiving the pending appointment request email, the first step is to open MoveDocs and login https://movedocs.com/app |

2. Click Appointment Requests
|
|
3. Locate the patient from the pending appointment email
|
|
4. Complete the appointment details
|
|
5. If the provider or attorney that submitted the request attached anything, there will be a blue paperclipÂ
|
|
6. Click directly on the file to downloadÂ
|
|
7. If you need to upload any forms to have completed or reviewed, click on the upload imageÂ
|
|
8. Simply drag and drop any files into the box, or click "Browse" to select your filesÂ
|
|
9. Please note, if you upload any documents that the requester needs to review, you will need to email the requester to let them knowÂ
|
|
10. After the DOS you will then update the status of treatment
|
|
11. If you need to decline an appointment request, click Unable to TreatÂ
|
|
12. Please include the reason why you must decline and select Yes, Cancel That's it, you're done! |
