1. Let's learn how to add an image, gif, and drawing to a Padlet board. Let's start by adding an image. The first step is to click on the plus sign / pencil on the bottom right.

2. Let's search online for an image. Click on the image search icon.

3. Click on the Search section at the top and type what kind of image you're looking for. Press Enter

4. I searched 'teaching.'Â Find a photo you want to post onto the Padlet and click on the photo

|
|
5. Add a Subject to your photo post. I generally put my name when it is a collaborative Padlet board.

6. If you'd like to add a caption to your photo, click Add a caption and type out your caption

|
|
7. Your image is now ready to post onto the Padlet. Click Publish

|
|
8. You will see your post appear on the Padlet.

9. Let's learn how to add a GIF to our Padlet. Click the pencil.

10. This time, click on the icon with three dots to bring up more posting options.

11. Click GIF

|
|
12. Type in the Search field the kind of GIF you're looking for and press enter.

|
13. Scroll to look for a GIF you like. When you find one, click on it.  NOTE: If you are doing this tutorial live yourself, you will see the movement of the gif animations.

14. Give your post a subject if you'd like.

|
|
15. Click Add a caption if you'd like to add one.

|
|
16. When you're done, click Publish to post your GIF to the Padlet board.

17. And your GIF has been posted!

18. Let's learn how to add a drawing. Click the pencil again.

|
19. Click on the three dots icon.

|
|
20. Click Drawing

|
|
21. You will be shown a canvas that you can now use your mouse or tablet to draw on.

22. Click on any of the colors you would like to use.

|
|
23. Notice you also have the option to change the background to black. Click Black

|
|
24. And if you prefer to keep it white, click White

|
|
25. When you're done, click Save

|
|
26. Add a Subject if you'd like.

|
27. Add a caption if you'd like.

|
|
28. Click Publish

|
|
29. And you've posted your drawing! You're done :)
