1. The first step is to open Okendo Admin page and click Moderation

2. Here we can see all of the submitted reviews pending publication. This list can be filtered or serached using the tools on the top bar. Let's do some moderation. Publish the review using the green checkmark 

3. We can also reject or unpublish a review by clicking the red X

4. Okendo uses natural language processing (NLP) to determine the review sentiment. If we're able to determine one, you'll see this icon change to happy, sad, or neutral. In this case, we see it's neutral.

5. When moderating reviews, it's helpful to engage and respond to customers, particularly when they leave a negative review. Click Reply to respond to the customer

6. Click on the text box and type in your reply to the customer

7. Your responses are public by default, but you can uncheck Visible to shoppers to issue a private reply. You can also send an email with the response directly to the customer.

8. Click Save and Send

9. The moderation feed has a lot of great information, but sometimes you need more detail. Click on Details to dive deeper

10. Here we find a wealth of information about the review and reviewer, including attributes, customer details, the NLP analysis of the review, and the history. Click Timeline to see the review history.

11. Alongside all of the useful information, you can also automatically create Facebook advertisements from the review details section. Other options are available, including moving a review to another product. We encourage you to explore!

12. Scroll up and that's it. You're done.
