1. Edit existing Usergroups by clicking the pencil icon next to the usergroup.

2. Click Name to change the Usergroup Name.

3. Permission rights of the Usergroup can be selected by clicking on None, Without manager code or Manager code is required.

Note: Only one of the permission rights can be ticked.

4. Tick on the permission rights you wish to give.

Note: don’t forget to scroll down for further permission rights.

5. Click on Save to confirm the changes.

6. Click on the copy icon to duplicate an existing Usergroup.

7. Click on the text field Name to edit the Name.

8. Adjust or edit the permission rights by ticking the preferred ones.

Note: don’t forget to scroll down for further permission rights.

9. Click on Save to confirm the changes.

10. Click on + Add usergroup to add a new Usergroup.

11. Click on text field next to Name* and type in the new Usergroup name.

12. Click on Type* to select the User type. Choose between Backoffice user or App user.

13. To use user authorisation areas, tick the following box.

Note: By ticking this box all areas are selected.

14. By ticking the preferred authorisation area box not every area will be automatically ticked.

15. Click the following Button to allow User(group) to transmit cash register program.

Note: the Button turns blue, if activated.

16. Select which permission rights are available for the Usergroup. Decide between None, Read, Read&Write

17. Click on the arrows next to Articles & General to see all the Permissions in these categories.

18. Tick the circle next to None to give no permissions.

19. Tick the circle next to Read to give read-only permissions.

Step 19 image

20. Tick the circle next to Read&Write to give read-only and writing permissions.

21. It is also possible to give different permissions for different things. For this manually tick your preferred sub-menus.

22. Click the arrow next to Finances to see which items you are giving permissions for.

23. Decide between NoneToday & All.

Note: By ticking one of these options you automatically select all the items in this permissions category.

24. Tick the circle next to None to give no permissions.

25. Tick the circle next to Today to give permissions for today.

26. Tick the circle next to All to give permissions for All.

29. Your new Usergroup has been added. That's it. You're done.
