1. The
first step to create a new quiz question is to open the course Homepage and click Grades.

2. Click Quizzes.
|
3. Click the arrow next to the
appropriate quiz.
|
4. Click Edit.
|
5. Click Create New.
|
6. Click New Question.
|
7. Click the type of question you want to add. In this case, click Multi-Select.
|
8. Click the Question
Text box and
either paste or type in the question.
|
9. Click the first Answer Box and
type in the first option.
|
10. Click the second Answer Box and
type in the second option.
|
11. Click the third Answer Box and type in the third option. Continue as needed.
|
12. Click Add Answer if you need to add more options.
|
13. Click each answer that is correct.
|
14. Click Randomize answer order if desired.
|
15. Set the point value of
the question.
|
16. Decide how points will be assigned. Select All or Nothing if no partial credit is to be given.
|
17. Click Correct Selections if students will get equal points for selecting correct answers and for not selecting wrong answers.
|
18. Click Correct Answers, Limited Selections if students are to get points for selecting correct answers but are not penalized for selecting incorrect answers.
|
19. Click Right Minus Wrong Selections if students are given points for correct answers and deducted points for wrong answers.
|
20. Click the Options Button if you would like
to add standard feedback, a hint, a short description, or enumeration.

21. Click Save. That's it. You're done! |
