1. The first step is to open 5-Star Students and click Hall Passes

2. Click Scheduled
|
|
3. Click Add from list to add a roster.
|

4. Click Activities
|
|
5. Select the roster from the Activities list
|
|
6. Click the Activity
|
|
7. Click Add All
|
|
8. Click any name(s) you do not want to add (optional)
|
|
9. Click Remove selected
|
|
10. Scroll up and find the pass
|
|
11. Click the pass name
|
|
12. Click Start Date/Time
|
|
13. Type the pass Start Date/Time
|
|
14. Scroll down and click Save List
|
|
15. Scroll up and click back
|
|
16. That's it. You're done. Students can see their upcoming passes on the student app.
