1. The first step is to open your Loom video, and Click Trim and add clips.

2. Click to activate the orange edit bar in the video timeline.

3. With your mouse, Click and Drag the orange edit bar, then Drop it where you want the edit to begin.

4. With your mouse, Click on the faded orange edit bar that appears, and Drag the faded orange edit bar, and Drop it where you want the edit to end.

5. Click Split to trim.

6. Repeat these steps for the next place you want to trim. With your mouse, Click and Drag Drag handle to trim, then Drop it where you want the trim to begin. |

7. With your mouse, Click on the faded orange edit bar that appears, and Drag the faded orange edit bar, and Drop it where you want the edit to end.

8. Click Split to trim.

9. Click back into the part of the video you just clipped or trimmed, and Click Delete clip.
|

10. That piece of video is deleted. If you forget to delete a clip that you want trimmed, you can always go back, and Click the part of the video you clipped or trimmed. |

11. Click Delete clip.

12. Now a part of the video you needed to trim, but forgot to delete, is also cut. To keep editing, Drag another faded orange bar, and drop it where you want the next cut to begin. |

13. Once again, With your mouse, Click on the faded orange edit bar that appears, and Drag the faded orange edit bar, and Drop it where you want the edit to end.

14. Click Split to trim.

15. Click back into the part you want to delete, and Click Delete clip.
|
|
16. When you are finished with all of your editing trims, cuts, and deletes, Click Save changes.
|

17. In this example, what was a 52 second video is now a 43 second video. That's it. You're done. |
