1. This tutorial will show you how to save and manage search results in Oria.

3. To manage your searches, you must log in into your Oria account.

Click "Sign in" in the top menu of Oria to log in.

4. Then choose the appropriate login for you.  See the tutorial on logging in to Oria if you are unsure.

6. Start by performing a search in Oria. 

In this example, we are using advanced search to find results on leadership in small businesses.

7. From the list of results, you can click the pin icon to save individual items.

8. To save the entire search, click on the pin icon above the list of results labeled "Save query".

9. If you want to see your saved records and saved searches, click on the pin icon in the top menu (Go to my favorites), next to your name. 

10. In the Saved records tab, you can find an overview of all your saved records.

11. In the right margin, you have the option to sort the list of saved records by date, title or author.

12. Click the Add labels button if you want to tag a saved record.

13. Type in a descriptive text and press Enter.

15. You can export selected records in various formats. 

Click on the Citation icon to see the available options.

16. Select Citation to copy the reference as text in a specific reference style.

17. Select E-mail to send a link to the record to someone via email.

18. Select Permalink to copy a direct link to this record.

19. You can also export the citation in a suitable format to a reference management tool.

RIS files are supported by most reference management tools, including Zotero. Other available file formats are for Bibtex, EndNote online and EndNote Desktop.

20. If you want to send the entire page of results or multiple records at once, select the desired records from the list.

Next, click on the three dots icon (Send to) above the results list.

21. Next, select the format you want to use to download or send the chosen records.

23. "My Favorites" contain more than just individual saved records. In this section, you will find additional information about your searches.

24. The "Saved Searches" tab stores all the searches you have saved.

25. You can easily repeat a search by clicking on a search query from the saved searches list.

26. In the Search History tab, you can find the searches that you have conducted during your current session. 

27. You can repeat a search by clicking on a search query from the list.

If your search log is empty, check the 
search history settings in your account.

28. Now you know how to save and manage search results in Oria.
