1. Within the Padlet you'd like to add a collaborator to, the first step is to click Open share settings

2. Click Add members

3. Type in the username of the collaborator you'd like to add

4. Then click that user's avatar.

5. Click Open permissions selector

6. If you'd like the collaborator to be able to add, edit, and approve posts but not have the ability to delete the Padlet itself, highlight can edit

7. OR if you'd like the collaborator to be able to add, edit, and approve posts as well as modify or delete the Padlet itself, highlight can administer

8. Click Save

9. That's it. You're done.
