How to create an automatic Enrollment Rule in the Docebo LMS
This quick tutorial will show you the clickpath to create an automatic Enrollment Rule in Docebo. Automated Enrollment Rules allow you to pick Groups or Branches and automatically assign users to Courses or Learning Paths. Adding users to your Groups or Branches will happen either through provisioning from your user database or as users meet the Condition requirements for your Groups. 2. Click Admin Menu

3. Click Manage

4. Click New Rule

5. Use a descriptive Name and unique Code that follows a consistent nomenclature. This practice will save you a lot of searching time when you have a lot of Rules.

6. The default selection for this feature is Groups. Branches are typically created and administered by a third-party integration with your user database, so Groups allows you more flexibility to customize the users being enrolled.

7. This selection defaults to Courses, but you can change it to enroll in a Learning Path which is a linear list of Courses for a user to complete.

8. Click Create and Edit

9. Click Assigned Resources

10. Click Assign Resources under Groups

11. Select your Group or Groups that you want to have enrolled into the target Course or Courses.

12. Click Assign

13. Click Courses

|
14. Click Assign Resources

15. Select your Course or Courses that you want to enroll into the previously selected Groups.

16. Click Assign

17. That's it. You're done. As users meet the Conditions of your Groups, they will be automatically enrolled into the selected Course or Courses.
