1. Log into LANGUAGE! Live, you can add student 2 ways. First,  click add students now.

2. Select the class you want to add students to.

3. First way, you can import students. Select Import Students

4. Click import students

5. Click Download Template.
Then you are going to open the template from downloads, complete the student information exactly as template has it.

6. Then come back and select Choose File, then upload the completed template with that class student information. 

7. The other way to add student to classes is individually. Select Add Student.

8. With your mouse, hover highlight

9. Enter student information, student data carries over to ensure this is done correctly make sure ID number and name is accurate. 

10. Enter student information, student data carries over to ensure this is done correctly make sure ID number and name is accurate. ONLY student name, ID, DOB and grade.

11. DO NOT FORGET to turn on the LANGUAGE! Live License or the student will not be able to log in.  

12. Click LANGUAGE! Live License.

13. Make sure all your students entered are licensed, on the Manage Student page check under the Licensed and Unlicensed tabs.
