1. The first step is to open Classlink Portal and click Power Teacher Pro to check which sections you want to merge.

2. After you know which sections you want to link, go back to Classlink and click Schoology

|

3. Click Courses

|
|
4. Click My Courses

|
|
5. Scroll down, find the MAIN course you want to merge the others into (the one with all of the content) and click it's corresponding cog to toggle options. Â

6. Click Link Existing Section

|
|
7. Click the Sections to choose which classes to link

|
|
8. Click Next

|
|
9. Click Standard CSV to create a copy of your grades. Sometimes there are issues with merging the gradebook, so it is nice to have a backup.

10. Click Download and Next

|
11. Click Link Sections. Note that the materials from the other sections will not be copied over to ovoid duplication.Â

12. Now those sections will be merged into one

|
|
13. Click Courses

|
|
14. It may take some time for this to be reflected in the dashboard. Click and open the main Course you merged everything else to.

15. Click Gradebook

|
|
16. Click the Section. Now you have one gradebook for all the sections and can toggle between them faster.

17. That's it. You're done.
