1. To change your Google Calendar settings so anyone in the organization who searches for your calendar can only see Available and Busy Times (not the actual Event Details), Click The Settings Cog in the upper right.

2. Click Settings

3. Scroll and click on your calendar name on the left.

4. Click Make available for Your Organization Name. The box needs to have a checkmark.

5. Click See all event details

|

6. Click See only free/busy (hide details). This will make it so others can see when you have appointments/meetings, but will only display BUSY on their end, rather than the actual event details.Â

7. That's it. You're done. Your Google Calendar event details should not display for anyone other than who you have shared the calendar with or Google Admins of the organization.
