It's still important to review your courses and grades before submitting your application to ensure that the information is accurate and to correct any information that is inaccurate.
11. To begin your review, click the High School Coursework tab on the left side of the screen to view the courses and grades that have been imported.

Make sure to read the instructions and review your courses and grades carefully.

12. As you review your imported courses, you may have courses that require manual entry or adjustments.

To see them, navigate to CaliforniaColleges.edu, and click on My Plan in the top menu bar.

13. Select the CSU Eligibility Tool from the dropdown menu.

14. Here you can view the courses that are listed with a green tag, meaning they are verified A-G courses with a grade of C- or better.

17. If you see courses with a yellow tag at the bottom of the CSU Eligibility Tool, you will need to take action to ensure they are entered correctly in your CSU application.

If you have questions about these courses, talk to your counselor.

18. Some courses with a yellow tag will not import into your CSU application, such as dual-enrollment courses or courses taken outside of California.

Use the instructions within the CSU application to enter these courses manually.

We'll discuss how to do that next.

20. Ensuring A-G Alignment

It's important to ensure that your A-G courses and grades are aligned to the correct A-G subject areas. The following slides will show you how to check A-G subject areas your courses have been assigned after they are imported.
