1. Select your exam flow.

2. From the flow frontpage you may request a zip-file for download of all submissions. Select Offline marking and generate a package for export.

3. In the first step select the content and structure of the zip package.

4. e.g. All files in one folder and coversheet as the first page in each submission.

5. You may select Include assignment(s)

6. Select Include grade sheet if you want to grade offline in Excel and later import the grades back to WISEflow.
NB: Please be aware not to change anything in the spreadsheet except from the entering of grades in the column to the far right.

7. Select 2 Filter submissions if you want to filter your files and only extract a subset of the papers.

8. Select 3 Export when you have selected your preferences.

9. Select Generate package.

10. After some time (depending on the number and size of the submissions) the package will be ready for download. Select Download ZIP file.

11. Select Build a new package if you want to create another package with other settings or filter out another subset.

12. Select Return to flow page.

13. Alternatively or while you wait for the zip package to be generated, you may download each submission separately from the flow frontpage. Select the paper clip icon and then Download all files.
