1. Find and select the flow in which you would like to give and share feedback with students or co-assessor.

2. Select the button Resume marking to open the
marking tool. The button is labeled Start marking if you have not yet been marking.

3. It is possible to give individual feedback to individual students and collective feedback to all students. Select Participants from the menu on the left-hand side if you want to give individual feedback. |

4. Select the student to whom you would like to give feedback.
|

5. Select Submission Feedback in the menu in the upper right-hand corner.
|
|
6. A window will now open where you can add feedback to the student's submission.
|
|
7. There are four categories: - Private (shared with yourself only) - Co-assessor (shared with co-assessor on the flow) - Participants (shared with the student at the end of the assessment period) - All (shared with both co-assessor and the student) |

8. Select the text box to write your feedback.
|

9. As a rule, your feedback is always set to 'Private'. When you're done writing the feedback, select the drop-down menu to choose who you want to share the feedback with.

10. Choose one of the four categories. The selected category will be marked with a check mark. If there are no options, it is because the flow is configured to only share your feedback with the student. |

11. Select Add feedback file if you would like to add a file to your feedback.
|
|
12. Select Submit to save and share the comment.
|
|
13. The comment has been saved.
|
|
14. We have added more feedback and now have a total of three feedback blocks visible on the Submission Feedback sidebar.

15. Select the staple if you want to add a file to the feedback.
|
|
16. Select the pen icon if you want to edit the text of the feedback.
|
|
17. Select the three dots if you would like to delete the feedback or change who it is shared with.
|
|
18. Select Delete feedback to delete the feedback.
|
|
19. Select Delete to delete the feedback permanently.
|
|
20. Select Common Feedback in the left-hand menu to add feedback to all of the students.
|
|
21. Again, it will be possible to add written feedback, add files and the option to choose with whom the feedback will be shared.
|
|
22. As a rule, your feedback is always set to 'Private'. When you're done writing the feedback, select the drop-down menu to choose who you want to share the feedback with.

|
23. Select All if the feedback is to be shared with both all students and perhaps co-assessor.
|
|
24. Select Submit to save and submit the feedback.
|
|
25. The feedback will now be available to all co-assessor (immediately) and to the students (if the assessment deadline has passed).
|
|
26. If the existing feedback needs to be adjusted, it can be done as with individual feedback via the small icons marked with the blue rectangle.
