1. Select Offline marking to download a package with e.g. the students' submissions and a grade sheet.

2. On the tab "1. Package content", you can choose what to include in the package and how the package is structured. Select 2. Filter submissions to proceed. |

3. On the tab "2. Filter submissions", you can see what will be included in the package. Select 3. Export to proceed. |

4. Select Generate package.
|
|
5. Select Download ZIP file to download the package.
|
|
6. Depending on what you chose on the second step of the package export, the package wil include e.g. a grade sheet, where you can enter the students' assessments and a folder with the students' submissions.

|
7. If the exam is anonymised, the folders will be named after the students' participant index. The first number in the folder name is the group number, the last number is the participant index.
|
|
8. In each folder, you will find the student's submission as well as a cover sheet. On the cover sheet, you can find the student's name or flow participant index among other things.
|
|
9. If you create a text file in the folder, you can write your feedback to the student in it and upload if to WISEflow subsequently.
|
|
10. You can enter the students' grades via the Excel-sheet in the package. Go back to the folder and open the grade sheet. |
|
11. In the downloaded grade sheet, you will find a guide to the sheet as well as a list of the students. Choose your grades for each student in the dropdown menu in coloumn K. Do not change anything in the other columns. |

12. Do not enter a grade if a student has not submitted anything. You can see that in column C. In that case, an administrator will give the student an administrative grade, e.g. "U" or "FE". |

13. When you are done with the grading, you can upload the files into WISEflow. Select Import package. Follow steps 1-2 in this guide to find this page again. |

14. On the tab "Import files marked in offline grading", you can upload the package. If you have added any feedback files, they will be uploaded here. Import the package by drag-and-drop into the space or select the space to browse for and upload it. |

15. Any feedback files will now be visible to you here next to the student. Select Import feedback files. |

16. Check off Confirm and select Upload feedback.

17. Select Close. Please note though, that feedback files are not automatically shared with the students. Read more on how to share feedback in the guide "Upload and share feedback through the marking tool". |

18. Now select Import content from grade sheet.
|
|
19. Import the grade sheet by dragging and dropping it into the space or select the space to upload it.
|
|
20. Your grades are now in the coloumn "Grade". Note that students 4 and 7 have not submitted anything, so they should not be graded. Select Import all. |

21. Select Import.
|
|
22. Your grades are now uploaded, but not yet submitted. Select Marking overview. |
|
23. Select Submit all.
|
|
24. Select Confirm.
|
|
25. Select Close.
