1. The first step is to open Eduphoria! Login and click Sign In

2. Click on the Aware Icon

3.  Click Administer on the left side of the page.

4. You can search for test using tabs and drop down arrows located on the top horizontal row. Let's use "Test Levels" as an example. Click Test Levels drop down arrow

5. This gives you the option to view The following categories: My Teacher Test, Team Test, School Assessments, District Assessments.
Click Anywhere on blank space to exit the dropdown.

6.  We will assign "1.2 STAAR START UP".  Click on the  Online Test Proctoring Icon. It is the icon with a computer screen and mouse connected to it on the right side of the screen. NOTE: this will only activate the test, it does not assign it.

7. Next we will assign the test by clicking the top tab labeled Online Test Proctoring

8. Once here select the subject area that the test belongs to.  In this case it will be Math so we Click MATH/MATEMATICA - Period 1

9. Once you select the test it will show a list of assigned students in your roster. You may select specific students or click on the  Select All Checkbox to mark all students

10. Before initializing the exam where the students will be able to view it, you can add or remove testing supports by clicking on the Pencil Icon under the supports column.

11. You have the option to add Text to Speech, Content Clarifiers, Spelling Assistance, Spanish Test, Calculator, and Speech to text.  To add a support simply click on the Slider next to the desired support to enable it.

12. If you would like to disable a support do the same and click on the Slider again.

13. Once you have added the desired supports be sure to click Save.

14. The final step is to click on the Start All  button. NOTE: clicking this button will make the test visible to students on their Eduphoria.
