1. Under the category Sequence of Flows (formerly FLOWcombine), you will find exams that consist of more than one exam element.

2. Select a flow to unfold the exam.

3. There will be a flow for each exam element, as here one for the take-home assignment (hjemmeopgave) and one for the oral exam (mundtlig).

4. Select the flow for the take-home assignment to access the written submission.

5. Near the top of the page, you can see the assessment period.

Plese note that is set to only last a minute. That is because you do not need to grade anything on this flow.

However, you can access the assignment even after the one minute is over.

6. As you do not grade anything on this flow, the grading scale is set to "The assesment is given on the last flow" ("Bedømmelse afgives på sidste flow").

7. If it says Individual marking deadlines in a blue box, one or more students have an assessment deadline that deviates from the one at the top of the page.

You can see the individual assessment deadline at the bottom of the screen.

8. At the bottom of the screen, you can see the student as well as the individual assessment deadline.

You can also find the submission here after the submission deadline (there will be a paper clip icon next to the green speech bubble).

9. Select Overview at the top left corner to get back to your flow overview.

10. Select the flow again to unfold the exam elements.

11. Select the flow for the oral exam.

12. You will need to submit the final grade after the exam in the marking overview on the flow for the oral exam.
