1. To create the Background and Introduction section
1.  Click Insert Content or the plus sign.

2. Click Insert Heading 1 Card

3. Click Add a first-level heading

4. Type Add a first-level heading

5. Scroll and click Add Background Image

6. Input keywords to find a suitable image. You can choose your major or speciality. 
Click Search

7. Select the image you like.

8. Click Add

9. To create a head shot 
1. Click Insert Content or plus sign. 

10. Click Insert Image Card

11. Select Drag an image here and insert or upload a personal image of yourself here. 

12. To do so
Click "Suggested"

13. Click "My device" and upload a personal image of yourself.

14. Click Caption

15. Write your name here

16. Select insert content or the Plus sign

17. Scroll down and click Insert Text Card

18. Add some text by copy and pasting or typing your introduction or background information in this space.

19. Scroll down and that's it. You're done.
