1. From the Amplify Home page, you will click Boost Reading/Lectura

2. Click Programs & Apps - Waffle Menu

3. Click Administrator Reports

4. Click the picture that says Explore Reports

5. On this page, you will see usage by grade level.

6. If you scroll down, you'll see a bar graph that highlights the median time each grade level is spending in the Boost program. The green area indicates the recommended time for optimal usage.

7. The next tab displays progress and mastery data. This resets at the beginning of each month, so there may not be much visible just yet.

8. This will also provide more insights into who has mastered subskills versus who is meeting their usage target.

9. The Instructional Focus section will show you how much time is being spent in each skill domain.

10. To support teachers and their students, go back to the Usage tab.

11. If you click Student Activity on the left side, you can select a specific grade level to view detailed data.

12. Scroll down and click on a teacher's name who does not have all students active.

13. This is the Teacher Dashboard, where you can view Boost Lectura or Reading Insights for each student in a particular class.

14. You can view specific details about where students are in the program, including their progress, mastery, and time spent on tasks.

15. If you click on a student's name, it will take you to a detailed page with specific information for that student.

16. This is a great resource! You can create a Caregiver Report to send home, keeping parents informed about their student's progress.

17. Here, you’ll find more detailed information on the students. You can also see the Caregiver Report button, which allows you to generate a report to share with parents.

18. That's it. You're done.  Need more help understanding Amplify Reports.  Please email: stobe@irvingisd.net
