1. Select the Marking-tab in order to see your flow overview.

2. Select the ongoing oral flow.
|
|
3. Select Period Overview to see the examination order and time. You may make your marking directly from this view.
|
|
4. Scroll down to the student you want to grade, and select Edit grade.
|
|
5. Grades may also be added from the Marking overview.
|
|
6. Scroll down to the student, you want to grade and select Edit grade.
|
|
7. In both cases a window opens where you may grade the student's performance. Select the field below the grade scale to select the grade.

8. Select the grade.
|
|
9. Grades may be submitted one by one or jointly at the end. To submit separately, select Submit. |

10. Select Submit if the grade is correct.
|
|
11. If you do not want to submit the grades individually, select the X in stead to close the window and return to the marking overview. Continue with grading the other students in the same way. |

12. If a student fails to turn up at the oral examination, you may registre that in the field below 'Select alternative grade'. |
|
13. Select U - Udeblevet (= absent).
|
|
14. Alternative grades cannot be registered without being submitted. Select Submit alternative grade.
|
|
15. Select Submit alternative grade.
|
|
16. Select the X to return to the marking overview.
|
|
17. The Marking overview shows the registered and/or submitted marks.
|
|
18. When all marks have been confered with a possible co-assessor, select Submit all to lock and registre all marks. All marks must be submitted on the actual exam date.

|
19. Select Confirm to confirm submission of not already submitted grades.
|
|
20. Select Close.
|
|
21. That's it. You're done.
