1. The first step is to open Your form - Google Forms and click Publish

2. With your mouse, hover here, make sure you have the rights the way you want them.

3. Click Publish
|
|
4. Click Copy responder link, this is the link that you have to share with the students. NOT the one at the address bar. That one leads to the edit page and not the one the students fill out.
