1. Select Offline marking.

2. Here you can see what you can download. For oral exams, you can only download a grade sheet. Select Export. |

3. Select Download grade sheet.
|
|
4. In the downloaded grade sheet, you will find a guide to the sheet as well as a list of the students.

5. Write your assessment or select your grade from the dropdown menu in column P. To make sure that the sheet can be re-imported into WISEflow, do not change anything in the other columns. Note: you cannot here give "U" or "FE". You do that in WISEflow. |

6. Select Import package when you are done entering your grades into the grade sheet.

7. Select Import content from grade sheet.
|
|
8. Import the grade sheet by dragging and dropping it into the space or select the space to browse for and upload the sheet.

9. Your grades are now in the coloumn "Grade". Select Import all. |
|
10. Select Import.
|
|
11. Select Finalise.
|
|
12. Your grades are now uploaded, but not yet submitted. Select Return to flow page. |

13. Select Marking overview.
|
|
14. Select Submit all.
|
|
15. Select Confirm.
|
|
16. Your grades are now submitted. Select Close. |
|
17. The grades are not available to the students until all assessors have submitted their grades, and the grades are unanimous. You can see the progression under "Overall marking progress". |
