1. Under the category Sequence of flows, you will find exams that consist of multiple assessment components.

2. Select a flow to expand the exam.
|
|
3. There will be one flow for each assessment component, for example one for the take-home assignment and one for the oral exam.

4. Select the flow for the take-home assignment to access the written submission.
|
|
5. At the top of the page, you can see the assessment period. Please note that it can be set to only last a minute. That is because you do not need to grade anything on this flow. However, you can access the assignment even after the one minute is over. |

6. You can view information about the flow by clicking on Flow information.
|
|
7. Among other things, that no assessment needs to be submitted for this flow, as assessment is set to be submitted on the final flow.
|
|
8. Use the navigation tool at the top to move between the individual flows in the sequence.
|
|
9. Click the arrow to go to the next exam flow.
|
|
10. You now see the flow for the oral exam.
|
|
11. At the bottom, you can see the participants you are assessing in a Period overview and an Assessment overview.
|
|
12. Under Actions for the participant, you can click Edit assessment.
|
|
13. From here, you can submit your assessment or open the assessment tool.
