Sundeep Patel is the Founder & CEO of iorad. He’s a serial creative who has a serious passion for exploration.
Like many others, Sundeep spent his early career wandering with no particular direction in mind. After graduating from the Boston University with a degree in Biology, he became an Associate Scientist. When that became mundane, he took his Series 7 and transitioned into life as a licensed Stock Broker. After spending all of ONE day in the boiler room, he left, decided to get his Flash certificate, and joined his first eLearning startup where his true passions were discovered.
Since then, Sundeep has spent more than 18 years in the eLearning industry where he's focused on the development and application of innovative training processes and solutions for organizations of all shapes and sizes.
Today, you can find Sundeep at the helm of iorad, where he's spent the last 13 years experimenting and improving upon the tutorial builder that enables people to Capture, Share, and Learn like never before.

Andy Johnson is the Chief Operating Officer at iorad. He’s responsible for developing the organization’s operational foundation, establishing strong company culture, increasing brand recognition, and driving growth across all levels of the business.
He is a demonstrated leader who’s spent the majority of his career working in the technology industry where he’s gained a breadth of experience at organizations spanning from lean startups, to high-growth enterprises and full-scale global corporations.
Andy is an out-of-the-box thinker who loves to push the needle forward in pursuit of relentless innovation. He has a passion for business and a strong belief in the idea that anyone can accomplish anything with the right amount of effort and creativity.
Andy holds a degree in Marketing & International Business from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and sits on the Regional Leadership Council for the Special Olympics - Southern California.

Dipti Patel is the Chief Happiness Officer at iorad.
She was born into a first-generation Indian immigrant family and spent her early years growing up in Staten Island. Dipti graduated with a degree in speech therapy from Boston University, where she also met her husband Sundeep.
In 2007, Dipti helped support the founding of iorad. The mission was to develop an eLearning solution that was easy to use and adaptable to all industries. Today, iorad is known for its tutorial building tool, which enables users to create and share stunningly efficient tutorials in a matter of minutes.
As iorad's Chief Happiness Officer, Dipti is responsible for the overall health and wellness of the organization and its day-to-day operations. This includes employees, their work environment, the relationships they forge, and the impacts they leave behind.

Manuel Dell’Elce is an avid Software Developer and the Director of Product Development at iorad.
He was born and raised in Italy, where his curiosity for technology started at a very young age. While he was still just a child, Manuel began to teach himself about software and programming. He developed a strong passion for computers and would later go on to attend the University of L” Aquila where he received his Master's Degree in Computer Science.
Throughout his life, Manuel has enjoyed spending time tinkering on different ideas and working on various Open Source projects. For the last 6 years, he has focused on iorad, where he works on all aspects of product development: from frontend to backend, security, and performance. He is well known for his keen ability to understand complex issues and deliver efficient solutions that create long-term product value.

Lauren Taylor is the Director of Education & Product at iorad. Lauren’s day to day responsibilities include: management of customer support and implementation, directing the internal operations, and onboarding of partner accounts. She also plays a key role in product management.
Lauren’s relationship with iorad started as a customer. She was so passionate about the product that it was a perfect fit for her to join the iorad team. Lauren’s experiences as a teacher, a software developer, a HRIS administrator and a customer support specialist have provided a great foundation for her to take on the many hats she wears.
She has 5 years of teaching experience, 6 years software customer support experience, a Ruby on Rails Jr. Developer Certification, and 2 years in a HR/Talent Management Administrator role.
Lauren's interests in education and technology began to intersect at Mount Vernon Nazarene University where she got her degree in Middle Childhood Education. While working as an educator, she began to integrate technologies like Learning Management Systems into her classrooms. It’s there where she realized the true impact that technology can have on education when applied properly.
Today, Lauren’s passion for teaching and technology enables her to do exactly what she loves to do the most, help people. On the weekends, Lauren can be found with her husband at her favorite burger joint, ice cream stand, or playing with their pup Archie.

Sean Adams is the Head of Sales at iorad and he’s a master when it comes to the art of transactions.
Sean is responsible for driving new revenue and developing partnerships across the company as a whole. He honed his business development expertise as a successful small business owner early in his career. He fell in love with the power of technology and how transformational it could be when properly leveraged inside an organization.
This led Sean to transition into technology sales and he’s been there ever since. Sean’s passionate about helping organizations reach their full potential through the adoption of technology and process.
He has a knack for thinking creatively when it comes to driving new business and constantly works to stay on the cutting edge of innovation.

Arlen Kimmelman is the Director of Program Engagement at iorad, and she brings with her 23 years of experience in the education and learning industries.
She has been a certified school librarian since 2006, a National Board Certified Teacher since 2009, and a Google Certified Trainer since 2017. Arlen has received two Masters degrees throughout her career: an Ed.M. in Secondary Education and an M.A in School Librarianship.
Starting in 2002, she began presenting at numerous local, state, and national conferences that focused on school librarianship and edtech. Arlen developed a deep love for the interactive training that iorad tutorials provide and enjoys finding new ways to grow and support iorad’s Education Ambassador community.
Arlen and her husband are transplants from New Jersey who now reside in Arizona. In her free time, when she’s not playing word games or with her poodle, Morty, she loves to explore the outdoors and discover unique places with curiosities and oddities.

Mariamne Ingalls is the Manager of Data Security & Compliance at iorad where she aids and oversees the integration of security and privacy practices throughout the organization. She also enables iorad to keep up with best practices and manage compliance effectively with standards and regulations.
Mariamne received her Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from State University of New York Empire State College. Throughout her career, she has earned over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. 16 of those years were spent focusing on Quality Assurance & Compliance, and 8 on Data Security, Privacy, and IT Audits. Mariamne also has specific expertise in SOC 2 audits and GDPR compliance.
Outside of her role at iorad, Mariamne is a person of many interests, some of which include art, the natural world, Wayfinding, and the transition of US electrical grids to accommodate renewable energy resources.
