What does iorad's free plan include?
The iorad Free plan includes unlimited tutorial capture, unlimited public tutorials, and access for unlimited learners, with no credit card required and no time limits.
Engage users with multiple learning formats (Interactive, Video, Scroll, Slide, Quiz, and Do) and integrations with common apps. Paid plans add privacy controls, custom branding, analytics, team collaboration, SSO, and enterprise security features.
Does iorad charge per learner?
No, iorad does not charge per learner at any plan tier. Every plan, including Free, provides unlimited learner access. Pricing is based on the number of tutorial creators on your team, not the number of people who view or complete your tutorials.
Is iorad a replacement for a Digital Adoption Platform?
It depends on your needs. DAPs provide real-time in-app overlays that guide users through software as they work. They require IT implementation and typically come with enterprise-level contracts and pricing.
iorad builds standalone interactive tutorials that work across any software, deploy the same day you create them, and require no IT setup. If your primary need is scalable training content your team can build and update themselves, iorad is purpose-built for that. iorad's Enterprise plan includes in-app live guidance for teams that want both.
Should I buy before trying the free plan?
We recommend starting with a Free plan. You get full access to iorad's core creation tools so you can see how it works before subscribing. When you're ready for privacy controls, custom branding, analytics, or team collaboration, upgrading is seamless.
Why upgrade if the Free plan already does so much?
The free plan gives you iorad's creation engine capture, publish, and share interactive tutorials at no cost. Paid plans add the layer that turns tutorial creation into a managed training program: privacy so content stays internal, custom branding so it represents your organization, analytics so you can see what's working, and collaboration so your whole team can build.
Are tutorials really unlimited?
Yes. All paid plans include unlimited tutorials and unlimited learners: no hidden caps, no overages, no per-tutorial fees.
I only create tutorials occasionally. Do I need a full-time subscription?
Not necessarily. If you’re on a credit card subscription, you can cancel anytime and your account will revert to Free keeping all your published tutorials live. To edit private content again, simply reactivate your plan. No data is lost on downgrade.
Does iorad offer discounts on annual subscriptions?
Yes. With iorad Business plans, get 1 month for free when you select the annual subscription option in checkout.
Can I pass creator seats around within iorad?
Yes. Creator seats are yours to manage. You can cancel existing creator invites, remove team members, and invite new creators to available seats at any time.
Can multiple team members share one account?
Each creator should have their own account to maintain analytics, permissions, and content security. For teams, our shared workspace plans are designed for collaboration. Contact Us for flexible options.

How do you handle credit card information?
All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 Service Provider trusted by Salesforce, Lyft, and other leading companies. iorad never stores your payment data.
Can we pay by invoice instead of credit card, and what are the terms?
Yes. Annual subscriptions can be paid by invoice via ACH or check. The Educator Plan must be paid with credit card.Contact Us to set up your payment plan.
